So confused!

So AF came two days earlier than expected (no big deal she does that to me). I was spotting two days before I started Which I normally do from time to time. My problem is I normally have an extra heavy flow, last night I had a normal for me flow but today my period has almost completely stopped! I have spotting and a little flow here and there. I am nauseous, I have lower back pain (no serve only mild), and I have completely lost my appetite my husband keeps trying to get me to eat but nothing taste or sounds good except water. I am TTC. I am so confused has this ever happened to anyone before? Normally I have extremely heavy periods the first 3 days.
