I was walking in my kitchen in oversized sweat pants. I slipped on my pants and kinda did the splits. Now it feels like I pulled a muscle in my groin/inner thigh area. I took Tylenol and I have a heating pad on my leg where it hurts but I need ideas on how to help the pain because I have 3 kids already and am 30 weeks so I don't get to rest. Does anyone have any suggestions?
