How often do u sterilize bottle nipples?

I had used baby bottles for a baby shower game for my shower and I sterilized the nipples so I can reuse the bottles,and I’m wondering how often do y’all sterilize the nipples or at all.

I’ve never sterilized a bottle or a nipple. They’re washed with soap and hot water after every use.

You don’t have to, but I used to use Medela sanitizing bags. You can use them 20 times 
Add 2 oz water and and nuke for 3 min and boom.

We didn’t with either. Bottles went in dishwasher and nipples were washed with hot soapy water after each use.

3x a week i drop them in boiling water for 5 minutes. i use hot water and soap for daily rinsing. i use dr. brown bottles and I just get paranoid with the filters.
