Advice on weight loss? Stress eating like crazy.

Can I get some help ladies? This comes with a story. When I graduated high school I had just ended a horrible relationship and I weighed 145 at 5'2".

So that summer I dedicated myself to working out daily and I went on a really strict diet. Fast forward about 4 months and I was down to 110lb. I was thrilled at the number on the scale but I did not feel attractive at all so I kept dieting, no meat no sweats only one small serving of food for lunch and dinner. I ended up becoming a skeleton (my skinniest was 105) so my parents encouraged me to stop working out/dieting and gain some weight. So I did. And at the time I had just started a really unhealthy relationship with an absolutely gorgeous man so I was really concerned about keeping the body he liked but he was kind of a rapey a-hole so I started stress eating hard core.

Anyway fast forward 2 years I had lost all of my muscle mass and motivation, but I dumped my doush of an ex boyfriend. But I was steadily gaining weight. At this point I have no idea how to even try and stop stress eating because it is the only way I can cope with all of the stress and depression I have been dealing with lately but I weigh 150lb and I feel disgusting in my own body. I want to loose weight without starving myself or loosing my mind. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
