Are there any moms in here that have been diagnosed with Bipolar disorder? I've never been diagnosed but sometimes I feel like that's what's wrong with me, it feels like it's more than just depression and anxiety. I get random bouts of anger,sadness or happiness but when its anger it's like I cant control it. My mood can switch in an instant.

My dad's bipolar and I know it can be hereditary. I just want answers, I'm tired it feeling crazy.
