I just asked my OBGYN this today. She recommended this schedule —
4 days before ovulation 
2 days before ovulation
Day of
2 days after ovulation 
4 days after ovulation 
She said you can do it every day, but the sperm don’t regenerate as much. But it only takes 1 !  Most people get tired out of the every day routine when trying month after month.
