Cold sores 😭

I get cold sores every so often. I have one that I just noticed today due to being sick and having a fever. It’s already blistering. I’ve iced it and applied abreva a few times today. I just stared a new job and the last thing I want is for everyone to think I’m disgusting. Ive been getting these since I was in primary school when I get stressed or run a fever and every time someone who has no clue what they are or the causes assumes I’m just a gross person. (Yes I know it technically is a strain of herpes) does anyone know how to make them go away faster? I work second shift so I won’t have to work till Monday at 4 and I am hoping to have to some what gone by then. Anything will help!
