Anybody else feel like a complete waste of space after birth? I gave birth 2 days ago and I’ve just been so sore and out of it. Takes me forever to get out of bed, can’t move well... and I just feel like so useless. My husband has done 90% of the feedings (we’re formula feeding) and 100% of the diaper changes and taken care of everything else because I’m just unable to help much. He doesn’t mind but I feel terrible and like I’m not contributing. This is so hard already. 😢
