Haven’t had period for 4 months and got pregnant

Hi ladies .. so what my biggest thing has been is I haven’t gotten my period in 4 months due to getting the mirena IUD out. I noticed when I thought if I was pregnant that I took a test and it was negative . When I didn’t think about it at all and it came to me on its own I found out I am pregnant yesterday . I would make sure you are eating a ton and I mean A TON !!!! Of fruit and make sure your partners eating healthy . I thought I wasnt going to be able to and I am :) I don’t know how far along I am but I’m going to call the doctor tomorrow ! Just remember to always be aware of your body . That was one of my mistakes because the past few days I’ve been peeing like crazy and didn’t even think to test until it randomly came to me ! If you have any questions please feel free to comment
