Weight Loss Pls help
So I am 13, and I weigh around 165 pounds. Honestly, most of it is probably stomach fat. I am tired of every one saying it is easy or I dont need to lose weight, because I look like I am around 120. But i hate going bikini shopping because I get overwhelmed and start to break down. I need tips and simple ideas, because I tried over and over and each time I am back where I started. I need to also lose it because in my family it is very common that I will get diabetes, heart disease, and other major medical problems. I need to do this for my health and self-esteem.
