So I just took my dog for a walk and shortly after I began I started cramping very low on my right side. I figured it was just because I haven’t been exercising. I started walking extremely slow and the cramping didn’t ease at all. I stopped frequently and thought about sitting on the sidewalk at one point. I’m a little nervous. Has anybody else been experiencing cramps like these? Is this what Braxton hicks is like? I never experienced this when I was pregnant with my son
