Feeling worse after exercise! 😩

Hi, I’ve just started working out at the gym four times a week to lose some weight and feel healthier, but I am feeling so much bigger compared to when I started!

I have only been going for 2 weeks, and I know that it’s unrealistic to expect to see results after such a short time, but to get bigger?? It’s just so demotivating!

Pretty much looking for someone who has been through this to tell me that things will get better and not worse! 😞
