13+weeks pregnant: changes

Im 20 years old, and 13+weeks pregnant, my first time pregnant. I am just entering into my 2nd trimester. My body is changing. I am now definitely showing with a cute little baby bump. My CM is creamy, a constant heavy flow of vaginal discharge, maxi pads have now become a daily frequent nessesity for me. My body seems to be changing now, it seems? everyday. I'm not sure if this is my imagination or reality? My tummy, my weight, my breasts. At 13weeks I have already gone up a cup size, from a 32A to a 32B. I've had to already buy new bras. My boobs and nipples are crazy sensitive to the touch. My nipples have changed. My areola's have gotten bigger and darker, and when they are squeezed seem to produce a small, I would imagine? amount of milk. Am I already lactating? or is my body only preparing me to lactate? I am in constant awareness and curious of what I should be expecting to occur in my upcoming weeks and months of my first pregnancy. My tummy, my boobs. . . .
