Help!
Ladies please help, I’m absolutely miserable, I’m 36 weeks and dilated to 3.5 and 60% effaced. I’m having consistent contractions, I honestly feel like this kid is going to come out. I know I still have 4 weeks but I don’t know if I can make it that long how can I get myself dilating and in active labor? 😩😩😩
