Miscarriage bleeding

I have been bleeding from a miscarriage for about 4 weeks now.

When I first started bleeding I called an ambulance to the ER because I was bleeding so much and in a lot of pain.

(Filled two pads in less than an 45 minutes )

By the time it started letting up (around 2 weeks) I had used 2 packages of maxi pads and 2 packages of diapers.

I am now recovering.

The bleeding is not as bad, and is not as heavy. It fluctuated for a day or two being very very light and then I would feel it flush out the next. It then stoped for a day but came back as pink blood (only noticeable when wiping) and then is now brown blood (noticeable and about a table spoon amount occurs between every time I go to the bathroom)

I tried calling my doctor and the office did not answer and they did not call back (I did leave a message telling them I was concerned that I am still bleeding)

I am assuming they are thinking things are okay since they didn’t try to call me back?

I do not have an appointment scheduled but I am supposed to be heading to their hospital to get my blood drawn on Wednesday.

I was 7 weeks when we found out I may have nothing viable, then diagnosed 3 weeks later and then miscarried about a month after that.

My sac continued to grow until about 9 weeks and by the time I started miscarrying they said I was measuring 8 weeks.

I was wondering if anyone had a situation like mine? How it turned out? Etc.
