Can IBS feel like period cramps...I’ve been cramping all month going back and for with constipation and diarrhea. My abdomen has been cramping and sometimes is in my pelvic area and feels like bad period cramps but I’m not due for another week. I’m also bloating a lot. I love my virginity 3 weeks ago so I was worried I was pregnant so I took 2 test both a week apart and both were negative. Please help do I need to see my doctor???
