I’m having surgery, again. Advice please

So I just tore my other ACL in my “good” knee this past Tuesday (literally the day before my birthday !!!!😡) but anyway I just starting losing weight and like actually getting into shape. I’d like to have a mostly flat stomach, just right now it has a lot of fat on it. I eat so much and it’s like I have an endless stomach. Hop what workouts can I do that I don’t need one leg for?

Second, is there anything I can do to speed up recovery? I was on crutches for 3 weeks last time and I’m trying to get surgery ASAP which would leave me a month before out Disney vacation!!
