It’s possible it’s a period of change in your bodies chemistry. Part of a natural cycle. But if you are feeling down more then half the week, have odd mood or behavior changes, sleep changes, appetite changes, ect. I would recommend talking to your doctor. It could be your body telling you to get a check up.
