Can anyone help?

Late at night right or right before bed I sometimes get shooting pains in my legs, arms, feet, vagina.. you name it.

It’s happened to me on 4 or 5 separate occasions in the last month. Sometimes the pain stays in one specific area and other times it will jump around. it lasts anywhere from 3-10 mins. It feels like what I would imagine a blood clot being or getting cut or stabbed internally, repeatedly with a really small knife.

I didn’t want to look it up online because I know it’s just going to tell me I’m dying. My husband looked it up for me so I wouldn’t see the more horrifying things that may exist & told me he thinks it might jut be from stress. He said that some people can experience physical pain from stress and that’s what my pains may be coming from.

So I ask you guys for second opinions Incase anyone else has experienced this.
