is my pH balanced messed up?

so I was young && I used to clean the inside of my V with soap 😭😭😭 & my V gets smelly & sweaty now but I don’t clean down there with soap only the outside, does it mean my pH balance is messed up !???

Your diet amongst other things can also upset your pH balance not just soap.

It depends on the kind of smell that you are having. If it’s fishy I would definitely assume it’s some sort of infection like bacterial vaginosis, etc. if it just seems like a normal odor that occurs if your not washing daily or something, then I would just try changing up soaps! I used to use vagasil ph balance soap and I felt like it didn’t keep me clean or fresh don’t there for long at all. My gyno recommended that if I really felt like I preferred using soap down there instead of just water, like they would normally recommend, then I should get a simple unscented body wash like dove. So that’s what I did, I bought the Dove unscented body wash for sensitive skin and have used it ever since! I like scented stuff on my body usually so I just buy the dove wash solely for washing my lady bits and booty (just on the outer skin and lips of course, not inside) and have done so for the past like 8 years now and it’s never let me down!
