What is worse out of these 2 options

What to you is worse.. 
A. Being in a relationship and keeping an ex on Facebook with the ability to see what they are doing/up to in their life and your life because you were friend in school before you dated 
Or
B. Having a phone number in your phone of someone you met on tinder and had sex with once because they kept msging you even though they knew you were in a relationship and you kept it so you knew who it was without replying who's this?!

I don’t really think either are bad but for the second one, it’s as easy as just blocking the number.

I have a few of my ex boyfriends on Facebook, as does my boyfriend have some of his ex’s. I never check up on him because to be honest I don’t care, but it seemed petty to delete him and be dramatic about it. I don’t think I’m nosey enough to snoop on anyone. Our paths barely cross but if they do then it’s not awkward because we’ve both moved on like adults. 
As for the second thing about the number..I hooked up with a guy before I got with my current partner and even though I told him I wasn’t single anymore he’d just keep texting. I just ignored him and he eventually got bored. I asked my partner if he wanted me to block him, but he could see that I’d just been ignoring him for weeks so he wasn’t really bothered if I wasn’t, and eventually the guy got bored. 
People have pasts, there’s no need to try and erase it. If you’ve really moved on then there’s no issue.

A is worse because you are still emotionally attached to your ex, otherwise you wouldn't feel the need to check up on him/her on FB.

A is totally normal and staying civil with an ex is healthy unless there was abuse in the relationship. For B, I'd block the number unless I had any intention of talking to that person again.

unless the person is a stalker and u need to give their info to the police
