Running in early Pregnancy?
So before I got pregnant I would go running and do about 3-4 miles on each run and had been doing it for around 6 months just for general health and the extra bonus weight loss but when I got pregnant I stopped as I'm currently 7weeks and scared to go running in early pregnancy regardless of the doctor telling me it's ok, I think it may be anxiety with just thinking something bad will happen but I know I should go as it is healthy for me and would help me throughout .. anybody any advice ????
