paypal issues?!

this is a long story, but I'll try to keep it short. I currently own a depop account (think eBay), and there was this girl that bought an item worth $27, but my PayPal account came out negative at time of purchase. so I had to sell other things to bring back my balance to $0. I made an issue case with PayPal, I got my money back. fast forward 2 months, I receive an email from PayPal about a case SHE made against ME, stating she never made the $27 purchase! Even though I got the email confirmation from depop that she had bought the item, I even printed off the label and shipped the item. and I am not the only person she's done this to. should I email her personally and ask her to stop? what should I do?
