Is walking enough?
So my husband is amazing and has been helping me keep accountable during this pregnancy. We walk almost every day about 2 miles. On the other days we bike ride about 6 ish miles. The bike rides are just strolls around our neighborhood so they’re not too intense; but I can still feel the burn.
I haaaate going to the gym and honestly working out in general. So walking is kinda my thing. But is it enough to say active and healthy during pregnancy? Advice and encouragement is kindly appreciated! 🙏🏻😇❤️
