Are hot flashes an early sign of pregnancy or could it be the prenatal vitamins?!

So I couldn’t shake the vibe and my boobs were killing me too (that never happens to me normally) so I took a cheap dollar store test not expecting anything and there was a faint line!! Baby dust to you!

So here's an update: went to my doctor a week later, took a blood & urine which both came back negative. I'm on day 36 of no period. I took an at home test this week & that was negative. But i feel like other early symptoms are appearing. The hot flashes aren't as often but my areola's seem larger for sure. I decided i'll take another test next week if nothing happens.
