Feeling down😔
I'm going through a phase at the moment where I feel so disgusting it's untrue. I've put about 30lb on already and I was already roughly 200lb before I got pregnant. I'd done so well losing weight prior to getting pregnant and I'd lost roughly 70lb in total. Now it's slowly creeping back on and I feel rubbish about it. But I'm just so hungry all the time at the minute. Hate even looking at myself in a mirror recently. 😔can anyone offer me any advice to uplift my spirits? Thank you.
