What are doing to prep your body for labor?

Is anyone doing anything special or extra to prep their body for labor? This Wednesday I’m 36 weeks so I’ve started bouncing on my pregnancy ball for 15 minutes 3 times a day to help Baby move down. I’m starting Evening Primrose Oil capsules this week. I have a pregnancy massage scheduled for 38 weeks. I’ll probably try to go to the chiropractor around then as well. What else are y’all doing??

I will add that I had a super fast (4 hour) labor with my second and I really believe it’s because I would squat during every contraction and that made her move down really fast! So remember that once labor starts!
