I’ll be 24 weeks on Wednesday. During my fifth pregnancy, I overdid it one day and got an umbilical hernia. It never caused me any problems. I went on with that pregnancy and delivered without problems. I had another pregnancy and delivery after that, with my hernia, without problems. I think I’ve been over doing it the last couple days because I’ve noticed my hernia is sore to the touch. Just about 1/2 hour ago, I was sitting on the floor playing with the kids. I went to lift my 16 month old (who’s only less than 9 kilos) and I felt a strange painful stretch in my stomach. Now my hernia and lower than where it is, is painful not only to the touch but it’s just sore without being touched also. I know this isn’t necessarily the place to go for medical advice, but maybe someone has had a similar experience. ?? I have an apt on May 2. Do you think I should all the doc in the morning and see about getting in earlier? Or should I go to urgent care this evening still? If it still hurts like this in the morning, there’s no way I’d wait until my next scheduled apt
