My doctor told me to do every other day from CD 12-18. Going on round 2 of clomid and praying it works. Good luck!

It depends.   If you have make factors every other day may be better.  If you have no male factors every day isn’t bad but my RE says every other is still best to allow sperm maturity.

I was told twice in one hour, every other day. this way it ups the chance with sperm quantity in 2 sessions back to back and waiting 48 hours for him to accumulate more. also- it gets the first bad sperm cells out of the way them 2nd time is all fresh. if that makes sense.
