1 cm dilated
This is my first baby, and i was wondering how long does it take to atleast get the 3cm which ive read online was considered early labor ? I did a whole lot of walking yesterday at the zoo, my poor feet are killing me. Does the number go up every day or? I’m just trying to be mentally prepared for when the labor starts. Excited but scared at the same time.
