Menstrual cups

Which is the best? I have never used one, and I have had one baby vaginally. Which would you suggest?

I done some research and read reviews and I went with lena. I bought it in small because i have an IUD and it makes my periods pretty light. It had a stem you can trim off depending on how high or low your cervix is. I had NO idea if mine was high or low I was so confused! Lol. But mine is apparently low because i have to trim mine. I’ve inserted it a few times and it’s taking some practice but so far I think I’ll like it! You can hardly tell it’s there.
