i have no idea what to do

so im 16 and im sexually active. im planning to get some birth control but idk which ones. i was considering an iud or pills but im worried about the pill's side effects. also my parents are conservative and i cant have them knowing. i talked to planned parenthood and they accept my insurance. will it go on the record of the insurance compmy? will my parents find out? pls hwlp
