I have something coming up on the 8th of May and I need to lose 8-10 pounds.. what can I do?! I just had a baby in February but I feel fine, any tips would be appreciated

Eat a super lean protein and a veggie 5 times a day (small portions). Eat an egg and an orange for breakfast, and eat 1/2 of a sweet potato mid-morning. It's only supposed to be used for a few days but it works!
