I am doubting!

I have taken 6 tests, my boobs are sore and I have serious bloat. However, this feels nothing like when I was pregnant with my son. I am so scared I am not pregnant. This baby will be my husband’s first I want everything to be perfect I am just really stressing out. Am I stilly or has anyone felt like this too?
