Can I take over the counter CVS extra strength pain relief?

Hi ladies! I need some advice please. I’m 7 weeks and 4 days and I just had my first vomit this morning. My body is extremely sore, I have a huge headache and a very stuffy nose. Is it safe to take over the counter CVS extra strength pain relief? The pharmacist doctor said it was safe but I’m still hesitant.

Only acetaminophen  (which is Tylenol)

Is it acetaminophen? If so then yes. If it has ibuprofen in it then no
