PCOS WITH NORMAL CYCLES??

An ultrasound revealed that I have polycystic ovaries but my doctor says that they cannot diagnose me with the disease because I have regular periods and seem to be ovulating. while I may be ovulating I am almost positive that the eggs are being prematurely released causing chemical pregnancies and failure to implant. We have been ttc for about 7 mos and the cyst pain is getting worse. I am extremely confused with this diagnosis. and they gave me very little information and zero knowledge of what I should do. So far I do not have any symptoms other than the cyst and some chin hair that I have to wax from time to time. Should I be on Metformin or something? does anyone know of any natural remedies to reverse PCOS?
