Symptoms suddenly disappear?

6 weeks and lots of breast tenderness up until today. Then suddenly it went away. Should I be worried?

I was literally just thinking this. I came to post but you beat me to it. Last 24 hrs I've been less nauseous w more energy and an appetite. I'm so worried. my 2nd ultrasound is May 1. No spotting or pain. Still frequently peeing.

Don’t worry about your symptoms disappearing. This will happen a bit. Embrace the good times when you have them. Just you wait - in 2-3 days they will come back in full swing 🙌🏼 Well.. that’s what happened to me anyway. Currently 7w.

I had some concerns took a preg test and it popped up positive immediately. I think maybe we are just adjusting to the new symptoms.
