Losing Weight!!!

I know barely a difference and some people would say no difference at all, but in the first picture in the collage you can see that it says 155lbs that’s how much I weighed before I started working out 💞💞 there was nothing wrong with my weight but I just didn’t feel good. I never had any motivation to move, go outside, or even really hang out with friends. I wouldn’t say I became depressed I just didn’t feel like myself and I wasn’t happy with where I was. When I first began working out I could feel myself wanting to leave the house, go with my friends and I woke up happier and went to sleep quicker and earlier. I didn’t really see a difference in my appearance until one day my mom looked at me and asked “are you losing weight?” I smiled so proud of myself and said “yes!!!” It’s only been 2 weeks so I can’t really say “hey, look at how much weight I lost” because I didn’t lose any weight! I now weigh almost 160lbs but I don’t feel bad about it, I’m gaining muscle. I’ve learned to eat better too, watching my bad carb and fat intake. You can do it! and everyone gets results at different times, some of us faster and some of us take some time! I’m sticking to it and you should too, the feeling is definitely worth it!
