PUPPPs or scabies?!

Hi all,
I am 17 weeks pregnant, and I have had this terrible rash for about the past week. It’s all over except my face. Mainly legs, arms, feet, lower back, belly button, arms and hands. 
Does anyone have any idea if it’s PUPPPs or scabies or something else?!
I appreciate any thoughts or advice!

If it’s in between your fingers it is 100% Scabies. Does it get worse at night when you’re in bed?

Hi, did you ever get this diagnosed? My arms look very similar to yours and my dermatologist thinks it contact dermatitis but I'm leaning towards scabies

I don’t have the peeling skin, but I do have a similar rash on my stomach and back. It’s not scabies and it doesn’t itch. My doctor doesn’t seem concern,

Lols like scabies from the pictures.... is it on your face? Scabies stays away from the face oddly enough
