What made you realize that you had to go vegan?

For my health, for other humans, animals and the environment.♥️🌿
I think we often forget the humans in like 3rd world countries, that suffer a lot from our consumption habits in the western world.. (food, producing waste, CO2 etc.)😢
We’re producing masses of corn and wheat  that we’re growing and harvesting in these countries, to feed the animals in mass productions here in Europe and America... Africa and South America are great examples.🌍🌎
We’re waisting so much water with both of it and we’re over producing animal products that are getting shipped under disgusting conditions to Africa, where people are getting sick of it, don’t have enough clean water resources to properly drink in some regions and it destroys local jobs like the traditional butchers who mostly take good care of their animals, because it’s an very important income source to survive and couldn’t simply kill as much animals as they like which is way better than mass production... 🐮🐷
I think if people want to eat meat and consume other animal products, it should be “something special” and occasional. 
Back to the roots, to local butchers and farmers, would be more expensive and less people would eat meat and consume less dairy and eggs. 
I still wouldn’t eat it but it would make
 a huge and significant difference!

Many different issues, animals do have feelings just like we do. 
There are many different facts and research to prove it's more healthier for you. 
And by choosing to go vegan I realised my body didn't even accept meat since I was little, literally used to reject it and I was pressured into eating meat by my family as where I grew up, half of food consumed used to be meat... and I had iron deficiency which doctors told my mom I should eat more beef, until I found out I don't need beef, there are plenty of vegan choices rich in iron. For me this was the easiest change to happen as if it was meant to be :)

Kinda everything. But I know cancer is less likely to grow in a vegan/alkaline body. And im very likely to get breast cancer and my baby girl id even more likely so i became vegan shortly after she was born. She was breastfed anyways but once she started eating food the foods she eats are only vegan. So technically vegan since birth.
