My OB told me to have sex

The short story

Me and my husband had sex and my contractions started after that. By that next night they had gotten worse, so I went to the hospital. We got to the hospital at 7:30 and they checked and hooked me up to monitors (I was at a 3). My last doc appt I was at a 1 1/2 (for 3 weeks straight). So they checked every hour and I was only dilating half a cm and hour... I was so sure they was gonna send me home. Luckily they waited until I was a 5 so I could get my epidural (that was at 3 in the a.m). I finally got to a 6 at 9:00a.m and they started me on Pitocin because I wasn’t dilating much. By the time I was a 7 I started feeling my contractions on my left side, when the nurse finally believed me it was too late for them to come fix it.
