Bullying is continually harassing someone which I haven’t. And also I don’t have siblings. So no I haven’t bullied someone

I have fought and bickered with my sister, but that doesn't make either of us a bully. I have argued with friends and boyfriend's, but that doesn't make me a bully either. I have never harassed anyone, I have never purposely tried to make someone feel bad about anything, and when I do make someone feel bad by accident I apologize. saying things that are out of line, or mean, or whatever here or there does not make someone a bully. I have been picked on and harassed in school, where I avoided walking anywhere near a certain person out of fear of what they would say about me or to me, they spread lies and rumors about me, and tried to turn friends against me with lies and bullshit, that is bullying.

so I've picked on my older sister, but it's all in fun. ..we know each other, we know the boundaries. 
but to the kids who sneakily stuck a lollipop in my hair without me knowing for who knows how long until I found it that's bullying.
 same with walking down the hallway and having a group of older guys say oh look at the freak that's wearing a Lord of the Rings sweater that's bullying.

I spent very little time with my siblings since they are all over 12 years younger than me, very hard to bully children that were all under 4 when I lived with either parent
