Need Help Bouncing Back (Less than 1 week PP)
Hi, mama's. I need some tips here. My sweet LO came into the world Saturday evening and I am so in love. Yesterday was poor first day back home and it was beyond overwhelming. How did you start bouncing back to yourself after giving birth? I'm so fatigued (lost alot of blood during birth, sleep deprived, 2nd degree tear, bad ankle/feet edema) and I just want to feel like myself again to better take care of my little guy.
