Had our 20 week ultrasound on Monday and the doctor said he wasn't able to get all of the images that he was hoping for so we are being sent to a specialist. told me not to worry because it was lack of pictures and not necessarily red flags that prompted the referral. His nurse called me today and says that we are also scheduled to meet with a geneticist that day based on what they saw on the ultrasound. Unbeknownst to me apparently they also saw a white spot on the heart, bowel, and liver but he didnt tell me that! My quad screen came back negative, but I can't help but freak out.
