Birth control or Pregnant?

What are the symptoms of starting birth control? I recently got back on it but i feel terrible body aches, tired, nausea, hungry, sore breast. I can’t remember how i felt when i first started 2 years back. Also to mention i recently had an abortion in March so idk if it my hormones or not. I am on my second week on the pills and i just feel Ugh. Before i got back on the pills i did have sex twice but both times were protected. I am just nervous about being pregnant again
