Started femara (7.5mg) yesterday. This is my first cycle after my mc, so I feel a little strange about it. But I’m excited. I feel like my expectations are way too high, since my first <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> resulted in a BFP, even though I lost that pregnancy. It’s already a successful cycle in my head. There’s no doubt I’ll get pregnant lol. With the first round, I was CERTAIN it wouldn’t work.

There are a few factors further in my favor this round though: it’s been more than 4months since I quit smoking (it had only been 1 month at the time of my first <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>), I’ve lost about 30lbs, and I’ve got my other PCOS-related health issues well in hand.
