Facility VS Professional Fee ?

What’s the difference? I’m a bit lost. FTM. 
Not sure if this category goes here. 
I’m looking at the health coverage and for Childbirth/delivery professional service it’s no charge but If it’s childbirth/delivery facility service it’s a 20% coinsurance.

facility is your hospital charges - supplies, medications, room, etc. depending on your birth anesthesia as well & as a professional fee for the anesthesiologist. professional fees are typically what your physician charges for his or her part of your care, including delivery.
