Pregnant w/ Puppy who loves to cuddle.

Does anyone else have a dog that loves to cuddle? Mine does, but when I'm lying down, he jumps up on me and gets me right in the stomach. It's only happened a few times and I know he doesn't understand, but I'm still really worried about the baby. Am I just being a paranoid, 1st time mom or should I work a little harder on training him? He's only a year old and we've had him for 6 months, so he's still learning. He's a great dog and I'm not worried about him jumping on baby when he or she is born, he just loves to cuddle. I feel so bad because he thinks I'm mad at him. Poor thing.
