4 month old hates tummy time

My son is 4 months old & absolutely HATES tummy time. We have tried all the different pillows, toys, any kind of stimulation and he still hates it.

He’s developing a flat spot on his head, and I don’t want to see him in a helmet 😭

Any other suggestions? He’s so strong, can almost sit on his own, holds his head up, isn’t a bobble head unless he’s tired. Can push himself up off my chest if we do tummy time on me. As soon as he’s on the floor he hates it. I don’t know what else to do!
