Soo I want to brag on myself a minute just because I never thought I could do it and I am!!

A month ago I quit soda, completely. Haven’t had any and I’m going great with not wanting any either!

I cut out processed foods a lot! It used to be all I ate and now I’m making meals and eating healthier!

I started working out more and I did a 2.5 mile bike ride today after a full 8 hours of work!

I work at a call center and used to be tired all the time, used to hate going into work, hated dealing with customers and I would avoid taking calls. Now I’m eager to take more calls I’m excited to help people and I’m less tired!

It’s amazing how some changes in your lifestyle can change other things in so, so many ways. I’m so excited to see how much farther I can go and will go.

I’m not doing this for weight loss entirely. I’m slim but not too slim. I just want to feel better and feel happier and it’s working. I’m not tracking calories, or what I eat specifically I’m not weighing myself or aiming in certain areas I’m just doing it but it still feels good and I’ve noticed changes in ways other than weight. So happy with how things are going.
